All personal data from the registration form (first/last name, email address) are stored on our servers for the purpose of coordinating the event. Data processing is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

IDOS would like to continuously evaluate the diversity of the participants and contributors at its events. By entering the voluntary data you help us to better assess the group of people reached and to initiate change processes. The additional voluntary data will be anonymized and only used for internal evaluation.

At the event, an attendance list on which only name and institution of the attendees appear will be provided to all attendees.
